Sustainable retreat center

We run on solar energy, care for our water and grow part of our own food, in harmony with the Maya Jungle.
Composting
We turn organic waste into natural fertilizer that nourishes our gardens and promotes local biodiversity.
Cenote water
We have cenotes in our subsoil: pure, crystalline water that feeds our pools and the different areas of the center.
Garden and fruit trees
We grow herbs and spices in our garden, and tend dozens of fruit trees —plum, mango, soursop, mamey, sapodilla— that bring our kitchen to life.
Biodegradable products
We use biodegradable products —shampoo, soap and cleaning supplies— and keep single-use plastic to a minimum, separating for recycling the little we do generate.
